This is the Yogahall in the ashram where I could dedicate myself to my yoga practice with so much space and freedom. A rare feeling after going to different studios. The teaching training course that I participated in were during the hottest month in Rishikesh, August, and for the first 2 weeks before the temperature dropped, we were doing yoga in 35 C. Almost like BikramYoga!

This is me in Vashishtasana, a pose that improves the nervous balance, makes the leg muscles flexible, strengthens the arms and tones the lower back. I am maintaining the balance and relaxing the leg muscles while breathing normal.
